Accounting Specialist at Sevensense Robotics AG

Thus, we enable new robotic applications in places such as airports, supermarkets, warehouses and train stations.

We are seeking a highly motivated Accounting Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the financial transactions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and helping to develop financial strategies to improve the overall performance of the business.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Collaborate with our external accountants to create financial statements and reports
• Assist our CFO with budget preparation and variance analysis
• Handle all expense management within Sevensense
• Support with audits, tax filings, and other compliance requirements
• Oversee the payroll process together with our external accountants. This includes calculating salaries, preparing paychecks, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations

• Chartered Specialist in Accounting and Financial Management (Fachmann / Fachfrau in Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis) or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
• High degree of autonomy
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
